Select Share Document [Yes/No] when uploading a file
It would help to streamline workflow if we could edit the Share File option in the Upload File(s) window, instead of having to upload the file and then scroll down on the Fund ID and then select the option to share the file.

Is there someway to bulk categorize (CSuite new feature) the file attachments?
Is there someway to bulk file categorize? With the new file category for attachments clean up is overwhelming to tag each attachment into the appropriate category. Even if we could drag and drop into a category, right now we have to edit each and every file attachment.

Allow file categories on file tab in Fund Portal/Donor Portal
It would be nice to have the option to transfer/share the File Categories to the Fund/Donor Portal and be able to sort them as needed. ie. We share Thank you letters with some Advisors, by uploading and selecting the proper category in CSuite, it could sync over the Category and file to the files tab in the portal. This option would also make it easier to view for Fund Advisors.

Attached files sorted most recent at the top (or options to select sort).
It would be helpful to see most recent activity at the top of the attached files instead of having to scroll down to the bottom or have an option to sort by whatever column you'd like.

Files Access
We have files that in the finance department we upload in sections that other employees cannot access to keep certain information secure. However, in playing in the system yesterday, I realized that all employees can access "Files" under "Core" and see every single file uploaded, even if it was in a section they don't have access to. We want a way to limit access to files that are uploaded only the in sections employees have access to.

Uploading Attachments to Multiple Vouchers
Currently CSuite does not have the functionality to upload an attachment to multiple vouchers at once. When our payments are processed via check, we are required to upload supporting documentation. This becomes time consuming when multiple vouchers are paid on one check.
When uploading file attachments to CSuite it would be useful having a "bulk" option to select multiple vouchers that correspond with one check instead of having to individually upload the same document to each related voucher.

Add a feature in the Notes to attach a file. For example: sent email regarding grant request. And then you attach a PDF of the detailed email that is easily downloaded from your email provider, i.e. Outlook etc.

attach file options
When attaching a file to a fund, the dialog box doesn't give the option to tick a "Share" box. Having that option would avoid extra clicks.

Export to excel file format (.xlsx) in addition to the available .csv
Would remove the constant hassle of having to open the file and Save as. Surprised its not implemented already like in GLM

delete multiple grants at one time
Giving Day Grants are imported at once. We had 515 this year, but there was a calculation error and we needed to delete the grants and reupload the file. Instead of manually deleting the grants one at a time it would be great if we could delete a selected range of grants all at one.

File Category Sort Order
Please allow for adding a sort order to the File Categories so they can be ordered in a way other than alphabetical.

Print/Generate Fund Statements grouped by Fund Advisor/Individual
Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…

ability to run a report of profiles based on files in a certain category
We attached our board members document (ex. conflict of interest), so it would be helpful to be able to pull a list of all profiles that have a conflict of interest file uploaded.
Currently, what you can pull is only the employee information of who upload those files, which is the most irrelevant information.

Add Ability to Collapse Individual Categories of Attached Files
It would be great if we could collapse each individual category of attached files instead of the collapse being all or nothing on the files. Or if, when you collapsed the whole attached file section, the names of each category remained available and we could access just that category of files.

Ability to attach a scan of checks that are included in an check donation upload.
After the upload is complete, you can list the uploads which has an ID that you should be able to click on and attach a file.

filename of tax receipt letter
We very much like that we can generate and send the tax receipt letters out by email from within CSuite.
However, the pdf letter that gets generated and attached to the email has a long strange filename which can be concerning for some wary of files with viruses. The filename looks something like 92b81c76-8015-4099-a6b8-11d8beddb983.pdf.
Can the filename be made to be something that is more recognizable? i.e. DonorTaxReceipt

In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.
I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

Share attachments to Affiliate/Supporting Org
In the Affiliate/Supporting Org profile, it is currently possible to attach files and the option to share is there but it does not actually share to the fund advisor portal. It would be very useful to have this share to the portal.3 votes -
Delete Journal Entries (in bulk) option when they are in the "Approval Queue"
It doesn't appear that C-Suite has a mechanism to delete journal entries in bulk after they have been upload and sent to the approval queue (but before they have been posted). For instance – if an approver “catches” something (in the Approval tab) and wants to delete the file; it looks like there are only two options:
- Delete each entry 1-by-1…. which is burdensome
- Approve and process the file (even though there are errors) and then delete the transactions, which looks bad from an audit trail perspective.
A bulk delete option would be nice in this section.
