  1. Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…

  3. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

    We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

  4. If the customer has the option to "search existing accounts" (aka existing profiles) before they create a new account to purchase event tickets, we could avoid duplicates.

  5. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

  6. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
    If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

  7. Add ability to bulk delete profiles that do not have rsvp 'yes' in a Campaign so only those profiles that are expected at an event are on the list. This would be hugely helpful at event check in to make the process move quickly. Also add option to sort by guest last name in the Campaign profiles tab.

  8. When trying to add a profile to a Campaign by going to the Engagement tab from within the profile record, and choosing 'Add to Campaign', the only clickable link is the Campaign End Date. Not all Campaigns have an end date and those that don't, can't be chosen.
    Better to use the Campaign ID as the clickable link so all Campaigns can be chosen on this screen.

  11. Hello,

    We are attempting to run a private event and record RSVPs using the campaign/ticket system. Currently, the campaigns system doesn't seem to facilitate free tickets with guests well.

    For us, free tickets do not prompt individuals to enter registration information for multiple seats (for attending party or guests) until after finalizing the transaction and subsequently clicking through a "Donate again" style button. This is confusing, as a registrant is much more likely to click out/exit the page rather than click through that button. Even if they click through it, they have to notice an additional tab on the donate…

  13. It would great if for ticketed events we had the option to require guest information or not. We often see individuals buy tickets but skip the part about adding their guests information. It becomes quite difficult the day of the event to know who is coming with that guest, especially if they do not arrive to the event at the same time and haven't been instructed by the ticket purchaser to mention they are they guest of so and so.

  14. Our foundation manages certain donor-initiated events and fundraisers where the ticket buyers are not great at adding the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests after they check out. Please make it it possible to update the RSVP list in bulk or make the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests mandatory to be filled out before check out. This would be such a time saver.

  15. For some of our events we would like to eliminate the need for registrants to have to add addresses when we only need their name and email addresses. It's a lot of work when we don't need it.

  16. It would be great to export a list of folks that have yet to contribute/donate/buy tickets in a campaign for the purpose of being able to quickly have list to refer to in order to send follow ups etc.

  17. I would like at least the option to remove the Campaign Category name from the event registration process. We use campaign categories for internal organization and do not want/need them on the public-facing page.

  18. When generating mailing labels or exporting mailing labels to CSV in a campaign, it pulls both Primary and Mailing addresses for the same profile. We would prefer it to pull Mailing as the default, and Primary only when there isn't a Mailing address.

  19. Update campaign requests so that they appear before a guest checks out. Please also add functionality to assign guest names before checkout. There is no indication for a purchaser to add their guest's name or meal choice (request) after checkout and we have to contact literally every single person who buys a ticket to get their meal choice for events. This is a huge inconvenience.

    We would all appreciate this implementation!!

  20. When adding an Auction to a Campaign, you are currently only able to enter one account # (I add Auction Non-Deductible). Due to this the donation portion does not go to the correct fund. I have to manually go in and override each donation portion from contribution to Auction Deductible.
