  1. It is very rare that a custom report needs to be shared with every employee, typically just one other person or a team. It would be very helpful to be able to select from the user list which employees you want to share with and be able to edit who you shared with at anytime. This will avoid the custom report page from getting overwhelmingly long for everyone.

  2. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

  4. Please create a Portal tutorial for outside users similar to the GLM tutorial for outside users here https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4479853059991-GLM-Applicant-Tutorial . This would help alleviate a lot of phone calls and emails so that we can do our jobs more efficiently. Thank you.

  6. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  7. Please make grant catalog request fields OPTIONAL. Foundant subscribers should be able to customize the fields they want populated.
    When creating a new grant catalog entry in CSuite, all fields in the request are required in order to submit. We have also tried using the Grant Catalog Fields within a GLM application in order to sync to a catalog in CSuite, and again ALL fields are required. The required fields add more information than we want to present to our donors. The current functionality creates a lot more work for our team to produce what our donors want to see.…

  8. When building a report from Home> Logs, profile hyperlinks are active. When accessing this same report from Reports, the profile hyperlinks are not active. Please make these profile hyperlinks available whether accessing the report from Home> Logs or from Reports.

  9. Our staff would like the ability to list more than one fund steward. Right now you can only add one employee but we have a lot of donors who have more of a primary and secondary steward. This idea was previously requested but was archived.

  10. This idea has been proposed before but archived for lack of engagement. However, I think it's worth posting again as it would be extremely beneficial to be able to export report to formats other than a plain CSV. For example, if we could export as an excel, it could preserve the hyperlinks in a report.

  11. I would love to be able to set a default "no grant document" by fund or fund type and then have a choice at grant letter to turn off the letter like we can for award letter. It is tedious to find and delete attached grant letters to grants that do not require letters. In our case, we do not send letters with grants that come in from GLM. I understand I can turn it off by check batch, but that means I need to sort out which grants are which at the time of the check run each time…

  13. Please add ability for "Percent" and "Avg Balance" detail to export with the Revenue Share Audit Balance Percent Detail Report. It would be useful information to have both the Beginning "percentage" and the Ending "percentage" per month calculated and exportable.

  14. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  16. Right now, if the setting that allows logged in Profiles to edit their profiles is enabled, changes made through the online portal immediately update the profile in Csuite. When the "Email Notify on Profile Edit" setting is enabled, selected staff receive an email notifying them of any changes made to the profile without the need for approval. We would like to have the option for a staff-approval process for profile edits in the portal.

  17. Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

  18. We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

  19. Less an idea and more an observation of inconsistencies between the online version and paper version of fund statements within the same batch that requires attention. The page count of the online statement is accurate for that statement (i.e. "1 of 5"), however the page count of the paper statement gets recalculated for the full size of the paper file (i.e. "1 of 306"), as though a new batch of statements have been generated rather than compiling the already generated individual statement PDFs into a single document.   20. Add functionality to be able to bulk delete emails and/or phone #'s from a specific type of profile. Two options that will help are:
    1. add 'type of profile' to profile Download files
    2. add 'email id' as a column option in custom reports
