  3. Add an ability to train AI to recognize the document we are requesting. Applicants can then get a warning that it doesnt look like they are uploading the correct document, and flag it for reviewers.

    The next step would be to use AI to scan the uploaded documents for data and then use that data in the application without the user having to reenter information.

  5. When a static section is required in an advanced data table, clients still want to be able to query the data across records. While technically they can in a report, the only way to make this more user friendly at the moment is to create hidden fields that are populated with template formulas or try to make the section dynamic and map to L2s.

    It would be much more user friendly and make configuration easier if you could just map each applicable cell to a field on the same record level. This would reduce template formulas that have to run…

  6. Often times clients want to enforce a minimum or maximum amounts on certain columns such as request amount or match amount on an advanced data table total row. This currently isn't possible without passing the data to a static section. This makes validation tedious and time consuming to configure, but also more complicated for a client to edit and update later.

    One should be able to use validation in the amounts in the total row only such as:
    -Comparing the amount in one column to a field on the grant or linked cycle
    -Comparing the amount in one total column…

  7. For cost recovery applications. Currently in the desktop and mobile versions, the back and forth navigation arrow and next and back button are very small.

    Application Stage:

    1. Changing the left and right arrow navigation buttons for scrolling into bold arrows. In IOS and Android, it is very small; making it bold will help the user.

    2. The NEXT and BACK buttons are on the bottom on both sides of the application page—changing this to bold will also be helpful for the SME.

  8. Just like when creating a workflow task allows updating multiple custom fields at once, the same functionality should apply to standard fields. Currently, updating each standard field requires a separate task. So, if I need to update 5 standard fields, I have to create 5 different tasks — whereas for custom fields, all changes can be made within a single task.

  9. Full Flow diagrams start out as a jumbled mess which have to be sorted manually to get an idea of the overall picture. Can you present this diagram in an arranged order that shows the overall relationships clearly? A before and after example has been uploaded to show how it could be ordered. Statuses and buttons are aligned columnwise with buttons between statuses.

  10. Add the possibility in the Notification Broadcast to have the notification stay visible all the time once using the sytem. Currently the user has the notification at connexion only and then the notification closes. After this improvement the notification could appear all the time, preventing the user from missing important information.

  11. The current search functionality in SmartSimple is inflexible and does not accommodate spelling variations, spacing differences, or typos. This limitation results in:

    • Users creating duplicate profiles for organizations, etc., when they cannot locate existing entries
    • Increased user access management issues
    • Greater administrative burden for managing and merging duplicate profiles
    • Weakened compliance monitoring and controls

    Implementing a fuzzy search functionality that returns approximate matches would resolve these issues by allowing the platform to accommodate:

    • Spelling mistakes
    • Spacing differences
    • Typos and minor character variations

  12. I often work in the back-up and prod sites concurrently. I rely on the top orange banner to know that when I am in back-up. However, when I am in the live site and click emulate user, I get an orange banner across the top of the prod site. This makes me nervous that I will get distracted and forget that it is the live site.

    Can the emulate banner please be a different colour than the backup banner?

  13. Please add the following functions/features to listviews for the revamped Interactions tabs for both Users and Organizations:

    1. Make the column widths adjustable with mouse drag or in column configuration specification

    2. Add the ability to create and save complete filters and apply them to listviews, including boolean logic operators to exclude, etc.

    3. For lists in the User tab allow column selection to include selections from the Organization fields

    4. Add Create Date and Last Modified to the column/field selection options

    5. Add Created By to the column/field selection and filtering options

  14. Is there a reason you included a document upload field in the "Interaction" L2 form that appears in our Activities list of the L1 application forms, but didn't include any way to view or download documents uploaded there?

    When using this function, I have to configure with status names. Example from WIKI:

    @HistoryOf(Status::[Value]='Approved'::Update to [Value] by [UpdatedBy] at [UpdatedTime]::[UpdateTime]::desc::1)@

    This is a brittle approach (as this is the caption / front end field name). I'd love the ability to pass the statusid as opposed to status. Even backend field (name) would be better than the caption

  16. Currently, descriptions for uploaded files can be added. It will be helpful to be able to report on each uploaded files, with their description and upload date/time, and user. It will be helpful for staff/reviewers to be able to have a list of files that were uploaded, with the description at hand, as filenames may not be as descriptive.
    Also, since file upload is available thru autoloader, it will nice to be able to add descriptions of files when uploaded thru autoloader.

  17. The current permissions tab for creating a new folder within a system folder is limited to View Folder and Modify Folder permissions.

    Add the "Upload and Move Files" and "Create Sub-Folder" sections under the Role Permissions settings as well.

  18. For each formula, we need to configure in formula syntax the statuses that the formula shouldn't run on. It would be incredibly valuable to have end-state statuses control the formula access.

    Save draft (on record or triggered through batch update) will trigger formulas inadvertently on end-state statuses like "Approved", "Complete", "Finalized", "Closed", "Paid" unless configured onto each formula
