An error occurred while saving the comment Lori Perkins commentedI would like to be able to color code questions that have Admin comments visible to the applicant. They are not as easy for the applicant to spot as they could be. Otherwise, I can't think of reasons to make color-coding visible to the applicant.
I like the idea of having internal/admin questions color-coded. Also, having a specific color that could be used for high-priority fields that are referenced often would be useful.
I agree that admins would probably like to have both of the use cases you mentioned, but for me, the bigger priority would be the first one.

Yes, Kraig, I agree with your comment that it would be great to be able to flag a particular grant request as well as overall organization. One example - we have "layers" of approval needed for many of our grants. It would be great to flag "approved by grants committee, pending review by finance committee", or "pending approval by full board," or both. Or, for example, "payment to be held until new Exec Dir has been hired" (if funding the ED's position).
