An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedI agree there is a need for a feature to help with organizing templates, though would prefer the ability to create my own folders/groupings for managing templates rather than having them automatically grouped by event type. Barring any other options though, grouping by event type would still be an improvement.

Would you give them access to all of the metrics? Do they need any filtering or can they have the same view as you?

It would provide them quick access to see how much funding has been awarded for a given process so they can determine whether to recommend an applicant apply in that process or not.

I'd really like to share it with other internal users at the Foundation, i.e. those with the Grants Manager role in the system. It would be great if all Administrator Roles had access to it, rather than just the Administrator role. Or if we could specify the roles, or the specific users, that could have access to it.

If I've set the ability for all applicants within an organization to view all applications for the organization, to me that really means they should have the ability to view the whole request, in the same way that the person who applied can. If there is concern that some clients of GLM want to prevent others from a grantee organization from seeing the follow up forms, while allowing them to view the application and LOI, you could refine the switch to specify the access allowed.

Assuming that's what they are, or that they behave similarly, default them to be collapsed. The applicant would then have to choose one and expand it in order to apply (though you'd have to move the Apply button to the footer with the Preview and Send to GrantHub buttons, as well as hid the footer when the process group is collapsed).

It is through the organization comments that we flag organizations that have special handling required. I don't always remember to actively look there - if there was a count it would be a prompt for me to look. There's a count in the Request comments tab; it seems like there naturally would be one for the Organization comments tab as well.
