Apply Page Appearance
It would be great if the apply page could be shown in a grid or have a sort of table of contents on the side/top of the page -- we had several applicants apply to the wrong process because they clicked on the first opportunity (which takes up most of the screen). It seems some of them did not realize they could scroll/did not realize that there were multiple opportunities on the apply page.

It would also be helpful if processes with eligibility requirements could be ordered (rather than automatically appearing on the top).
Perhaps each process listed could just show the title and due date and then an arrow which would expand it so then you see all the detail. Is that called an accordion?
We also have people completing eligibility quizzes for the wrong process who do not understand (despite clear written directions on the process on the top) that they need to scroll down to see all the opportunities.
Thanks!

We had this issue as well. I ended up putting instructions in large and bolded font at the beginning of each app; "This is the application for the ____ Grant. If you did not intend to apply for this grant, please return to the Apply page and select the correct application." That seemed to help but your idea would be helpful!

Agreed! We frequently have grantees not understand they need to scroll down to find the correct process. They think they have the wrong link. It would also be helpful to have a box at the top that could be customizable for admins so they could provide additional information.

Processes on the Apply page look similar to groups on a form. Assuming that's what they are, or that they behave similarly, default them to be collapsed. The applicant would then have to choose one and expand it in order to apply (though you'd have to move the Apply button to the footer with the Preview and Send to GrantHub buttons, as well as hid the footer when the process group is collapsed).

We have been having similar issues. Folks in our organization thought a drop-down design would be helpful. It would allow many processes to show up on the apply page while still providing information on the process once someone clicks the dropdown. Then the "Apply" button could also be hidden behind the dropdown.

This would be great for grantees. We have also added colors and information to each area, but they continually pick the wrong process. The apply button next to the process name would be helpful.

Great idea!! If you have a lot all of them listed one lane vertically would get cumbersome. I've made an effort to brand and make noticeable with graphics and colored text on our public apply page https://www.grantinterface.com/Process/Apply?urlkey=acfscholar
