Hi All,
The fields Submission Assignee should help you identify the information for Evaluator or Reviewer.
With that said we acknowledge there is probably a way to make this formation easier to get.

We do this through the report builder. The field to check to get the Evaluator or Reviewer is in the Request Tab, then under Forms, click Submission Assignee. I know this isn't the most intuitive way to find the Evaluator, but I remember seeing this change in a Release Note a while back.

Hi Frances,
In DocuSign, you can assign multiple signers and/or set an order for them to sign. In other words, two people are sent a document to sign, or you can set it so that one person signs first and then it goes to the second for a secondary signature.
You can also give the recipient the ability to "re-assign" the document to another person if they are not the correct signatory.

Currently, we have to add each email to Docusign individually, and then upload each Grant Agreement to be signed. We were hoping there would be something like: "Send to Docusign" so the recipient's name and email would populate with the Grant Agreement into Docusign. Then we just send the Agreements to be signed from Docusign.
When we get notification that they are signed, we download them from Docusign and then upload the signed agreement into the Grant in Foundant. We are doing 300+ at a time, so the integration would be a huge time-saver.

I would love to see if there is a way we could "flag" or color code an organization that we might need to look further into before we send them an application.

Hi All,
I recently merge the idea to CC the admins on the account created email because I believe the ideal could be a new notification to admins instead of just CCing on the one to organization.
If this is incorrect and you prefer the CC please feel free to create a seperate idea or we can continue the pros/cons in this thread.

Not sure I understand your response to this. I, as an administrator, would like to receive a cc email whenever an organization creates an account AND whenever a user changes any information. Currently we have users who overwrite previous user information with their own because they can't add a user to their org profile. This makes for makes for messy record keeping on our end.
Our foundation has a "no reply" address as our default.

Trying to understand duplicates, and give better clean up/merge tools is something we are currently digging in to understand better.
This issue sounds like multiple user creating the same organization, is that correct?

It would be nice to be able to see the organizations that you want to merge side by side so it is easier to determine which org to keep. Right now you have to go way back to the beginning and search for the organization again and hope you aren't clicking into the one you just looked at. The merge process is very tedious and time consuming when you are trying to figure out which organization to merge into and what information would be lost in the merge.

HI All,
A couple of questions:
would you want the coloring visible to applicant?
what about board or staff?
Are these highlights set with you configure the form, therefore they are same for all OR do you do the highlighting as you view review the application. Feels as though there may be 2 separate use cases:
1. for quick finding where you need to go in the application
2. for calling something out that was provided by the applicant.

Hi Dierdre,
Yes, in the report builder under Choose Data Fields, click on the evaluation form and bring in any field from that form that you would like in the report. Not sure if this answers your question.....
