  1. In an evaluation, if I collapse the first question group in the application, open it again, and then close it again, it closes all of my question groups. This is great! However, this functionality doesn't appear to extend to other parts of the GLM. This would be handy to be added other places, and would be helpful to both administrators and applicants.

An enhancement that would allow us to benefit fully from the new batch print evaluator pdf functionality would be giving us the ability to select which attachments print along with the application. Applicants upload their financial statements which can be 100+ pages. That makes it prohibitive to print. However, there are some attachments that we would like to have print, such as the budget sheet. I tried to mark the upload question as Admin visibility thinking that it wouldn't print the attachment if it was visible to the evaluator, but that didn't work. Could it work that way?

  3. It would be great to be able to upload an email directly from Outlook in the Documents tab. Currently, if there is not an attachment, but the communication in the email itself that we want saved, we have to copy and paste into a Word file and save on our computer as a document before it can be uploaded. If there is an attachment we want saved, that also has to be saved on our computer.

  4. Alternate Ways for Applicants to Response to Application Questions. I recently was made aware of Typeform, which offers multiple ways for applicants to respond to a question (e.g. verbally or via video) within the body of an application. Might this be something Foundant would consider testing in the future? https://www.typeform.com/

  6. Because our staff are so busy (like everyone!), it would be great if there was a way for staff to "accept" a task when it's assigned (we primarily use GrantHub). For example, a button/check box in the task and/or notification email that says "task accepted." Such a system would allow project managers to ensure our colleagues saw the task/email. And, if/when a task is not accepted, we would have better opportunity follow up to ensure they know their assignments.

  7. When deleting multiple follow-ups (can't do this via batch), it would be great if you could shorten the input from DELETE FOLLOW UP to just DELETE. Having to type out DELETE FOLLOW UP multiple times in a row is tedious. I get why that feature is there - to prevent accidentally deleting information - but can we shorten the input so it's less tedious, please?

  8. Would be great to have our brand colors (or whatever special colors we are wanting to use) kept in the text color options for editing. As it stands, I have to copy and paste color codes in the text areas I want to customize/brand/match each and every time. You know, like in word, when you go to change text color, you get a "recently used" display of colors.

  11. It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...

    For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

  13. I would like to able to easily and efficiently "unassign" an evaluator or follow-up. First choice would be to look at the assignments by user and uncheck what has been assigned to them. Our grants committee members (who are board members and other selected volunteers) occasionally need to opt out of participating due to availability issues that aren't known until after the have been assigned evaluations or follow-ups for a given cycle. I want to avoid having the count of completed/submitted items be off and having old assignments still show as incomplete when these committee members log on, especially after…

  16. Please allow option to format words in question labels, such as italicize, underline, and bold. This will allow for emphasis on important words that--if not paid close attention to--often cause issues. Thank you!

  17. Can search parameters on the select data fields page be updated to allow us to search for form names? For example, I have 5 processes with the same forms in each (named by yyyy.mm). I'd like to be able to search for the same form from each process and not have to see all 120 forms when selecting the questions i want to include in my report for each month.

    My current process is:

    1. copy data set
    2. Update Name/Description
    3. Choose Data Fields
    a. open previous month follow ups
    b. uncheck all selected boxes (questions)
    c. open current…

  18. I suggest that file upload questions be allowed to be shared questions. We have a question in our qualification that requires the upload of an applicant's financial statement if they do not file a 990. Unfortunately, because a file upload question cannot presently be a shared question, we either have to look back at the qualification when reviewing such an applicant's LOI and application, or request that they upload the financial statement again with the LOI and the application. It seems that allowing a file upload question to be a shared question will save time all around.

  19. There is a button that says "Copy Address from Organization" that allows registrants to autofill their org's address into the user's address section. But when you hide all the user address fields, that button still appears and can be a little confusing for applicants when they register.
