  1. We repeatedly run into an issue with organization records in which one org (such as a university or community foundation) is the "parent" organization, and a department or sponsored program is a subsidiary or component fund. It would be helpful if GLM had the ability to show those relationships, have different addresses where needed for the subsidiary, and to segregate the subsidiary's contacts and grant history. For example, I am far more likely to need information about the McDonald Observatory (part of UT Austin) than the university overall.

  2. It would be great to have the completed follow-ups more easily available from the Requests & Decisions page. Currently, from "Requests & Decisions" completed follow-ups are only accessible by choosing "Follow-Ups Assigned" and then selecting each individual request/organization. I think the narrower group of only follow-ups that have been completed would make workflow better for admins using this page to navigate different requests, as well as board members, evaluators or grant managers who want to view completed follow-ups. For us, there is currently no way for our board members to easily get to completed follow-ups on their own, without being…

  3. Currently there is not a way to alert myself in SLM to a student that the donor wants to continue possibly funding conditionally in the future. I do not want to award them and place installments since the student is not automatically awarded. it would be nice to flag a student for a particular opportunity based on the donors request.

  4. After evaluators have completed their scoring, I send these recommendations to an outside committee. And by doing this they ask for the downloaded applications to share with their group to easily print 20 or less applications for in person discussion. Since these applications have been moved from completed to assigned, I can no longer print them in a bulk action. It would be nice to print after evals have been closed, perhaps in the evals bucket or approval bucket.

  5. I love the ability to show certain information in columns, however, it is limited to only particular fields. It would be great to have uploads as an option in these follow up columns. We collect student photos to send to donors and currently I have to go into each individual request to download the photo they provided.

  6. We would like to be able to create custom columns any time we want to look at a particular aspect of a process. For example, when looking at Follow Ups, we would like to add the column, "Funding Category". We can't at this time because Funding Category is tied to the initial application, not the follow ups.

  7. When a student copies a previous application, the form copies all third-party information, including the documents they submitted on behalf of the student. In the event the third-party needs to submit a new document, for example updated information in a new year, they can't because there's already a document in the upload section. Either the documents need to not be part of the copy function, or there needs to be an option somewhere on the student/third-party facing side to clear the previous response.

  8. Please separate the videos back out to different pages for SLM and GLM as well as the different roles. For example, if I send my scholarship evaluators the link that has GLM as well, it is going to be confusing.

  9. We would like to see an option that allows us to obtain a .pdf "packet" of all requests when bulk selecting organization's in GLM. From anywhere in GLM, when you select multiple grants, you should be able to bulk produce one singular pdf with all of the selected applications in on document.

  10. It seems like the functionality to adjust the time when a follow up is due is only available when using an auto-due date. But when manually assigning due dates there is no input for time. Also, the system defaults to 12:01 am instead of 11:59 pm. So if I manually enter 7/1 as the due date, grantees see a notification that their report is overdue when they log into the system on the morning of the 1st. This is very confusing for applicants. Can we add the time functionality to the manual due dates also please?

  11. Provide the option to either sync with google analytics and/or add google tags to both SLM/GLM and CSuite pages. We need to be able to track how people are accessing these sites in the same way we track how people access and use our websites.

  12. Applicants should be able to edit their own applications up until the deadline. SLM should add efficiency. Our 1-person scholarship staff does not have time to edit applicants for students or send them back to draft. O

  13. It would be nice to be able to turn off evaluator downloads. Letting everyone have the ability to download sensitive data seems risky.

  14. Email Statuses.

    I was not able to find definitions for email statuses in the Support Hub. Client Services were helpful in showing me to go to Communications>Email History and hover over the question mark beside each status

    Would it be possible to have the question mark/definition functional wherever an email status icon is found?

    And perhaps post the definitions in the Support Hub?

    It might also help to tell a bit more (see quotes):

    Sent: The email was sent from the system to the email provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider…

  15. In my workflow, as an administrator, after reviewing an LOI, I most often assign the LOI for evaluation. Now that the "Assign Next Form" button is at the bottom of the form right next to the assign evaluations button, I have accidentally clicked it on multiple occasions. I have thankfully caught it right away and been able to reverse everything without creating an issue with the applicant. It would be helpful to have a visual distinction between those two buttons. Maybe green for assign next form - like a green light to proceed? It is helpful to have both options…

  16. So I'm working on YR 2 for our UA. Making edits and trying to get a better handle on it all. I'm in now as an applicant. We have sections of questions: shared by all of the scholarships, shared by some of them, and then ones that are only for one scholarship. Question groups are collapsible, right? Going on the scenario that a kid is eligible for several, wouldn't it be good for those shared question sections that they've already completed to be hidden or collapsed? Now I'm old, but it seems clunky and confusing to even have them there…

  17. The describe your idea box is quite small and can only accommodate a few sentences. This text box makes it difficult when trying to think through larger more complex ideas to have to scroll up and down. It often results in mistakes and unclear thoughts.

  18. It would be beneficial to have a place to go and see a history of applications for every process, live and archived with applications that were awarded or denied. It occurs to me to accomplish this it might also be helpful to be able to group processes to gather this history to be able to see all history for say example Family Fund Grant 2022 and Family Fund Grant 2023. Perhaps this could be accomplished through a report of some kind while an integration into the system would be easier and more accessible. We would use this when meeting with…

  20. Notifications to Administrator for when reports are marked complete by program staff. Without having this it is making payments go out late due to program staff not sending email to administrator. It adds an extra step.
