Adminitrator Automatic Notifications - Specify Which Administrator
I LOVE the new process specific email notifications! It is wonderful to be able to set up a seperate email for each seperate program. It would also be wonderful, however, if we could choose which administrator receives these emails. Our staff manage different programs and don't all need to receive every email for every submission.

This idea would be fabulous for us as well. It would most likely be sufficient to be non-specific to the LOI or Application but for each process. The form/stage level would enhance a little, but not completely necessary for us.
Thanks for all you try to do to keep improving the software to fit all our different needs along with keeping it simple! Great job!

We are currently working on this. In terms of how we are thinking of implementing this ... it would basically be to set one or more administrators that would receive the "administrator" notifications for each process. At this point, it would not be at the form/stage level (so it would not be for the LOI or Application or Follow-up, but for all of these).
Would that work? Or would you need it at the form/stage level?

Hi Katie,
First, THANK YOU!!!!!! It's really great to hear when something we've implemented really adds value for our users. I know not everything we do adds the same benefit to all of our users - it's a slightly frustrating thing about the software business that we can't make more people happy at the same time.
Second, as with most things we are doing, we are taking small steps and considering feedback we get on each change before we implement additional changes. I certainly understand your suggestion - I'm just not sure when we will be able to get to this level of granularity when configuring the notifications. I will definitely take it under advisement and bring it to our Product Team for further discussion. In the meantime, please let me know if there is anything else about the changes we've made for notifications that is not satisfactory.
