Shortcuts back to "Return to Grants" once a Follow Up is set.
I want to go to View the request summary and assign the follow up, and afterward, see the link at the top and bottom of the page that will take me back to the Granted list. The shortcut link only appears when I look at the request summary, but not after I set up the follow up. I have to go back to the Dashboard and then back to Granted. Seems like a step could be taken out, if it's possible?

Hi Dana and Kelli,
First, thanks Dana for taking time to demo your workflow with me so that I could better understand the number of clicks you were having to make to do something that we should be able to help streamline.
Second, I'll be taking this to our product team as an smaller change that we could potentially get into one of the next several releases.
Finally, I'd propose we make this pretty generic ... so that once you go to the "workload" page (the grids you can get to from the dashboard), the software "remembers" that grid (such as Granted or Applications Complete) and on the Request Summary page, the Decision pages, and the form pages, we always show a "Return to " link. This would only change after you go to a different workload page.
I'll keep you posted on what we decide, but if you have any comments on this proposed functionality, please let me know.
Thanks,
-chris

Hi Dana and Kelli,
I appreciate you taking the time to make a suggestion and provide additional comments. I certainly understand your request. Managing "back" functionality is not quite as trivial as it might seem from a user's perspective.
That said, I will bring it up to our Product Team. However, given our current priorities, I don't see this as something we will implement in the near-term. We are starting some planning for 2014 (and yes, I know that seems a long way out), and as part of that, we will be looking at some UI (user interface) changes. Some of these may be able to address this suggestion if it is not addressed prior to that.
Thanks again for the suggestion,
-chris

Agreed. I'd like to see a shortcut or 'back button' added across the software. In Chrome if I hit their back button I can go back the previous screen. In other browsers I have to go back to the dashboard and come back in to move around.
