More search options in Payment Tracking
It would be great to do an actual search in Payment Tracking so that you could weed out any unnecessary information on that screen. For example:
allow it to search for just those requests that still have a balance
allow a search for a specific organization or project name
bring the process pull-down menu over so that I can look at one process at a time
Are any of these possibilities?

I second the request to search only payments with a balance. It would be great to clear the grants with a zero balance out of the view.

Hi Mary,
We recognize that payment tracking/budgeting isn't our strongest asset and I am hopeful we can make some improvements this year. You likely already know this but you can click on the Balance header to sort and group all requests that have an open payment balance. This isn't a filter but might at least limit the need to search the entire list for a specific request. Your other two suggestions are also completely valid and I know they'd help lots of clients. I believe both are on our backlog tracking list but I'll double-check to make sure that's the case.
