Expand access to the Contact Editor screen
The process for an applicant to edit contact information needs to be more obvious. As far as I can tell, the only way for an user to edit contact information is to click the Welcome button at the top of the screen. I think it would be helpful to add a button under the Tools section on the Dashboard labeled Edit Contact to take the user to the Contact Editor Screen. My Foundation has been using GLM for 18 months and many of our grantees are now applying for the second time; however, we are finding the person that initially setup the user account may have changed. I do not have the staffing resources in my office to make these changes for them, thus I would like the whole process to be more intuitive so they can update contact information on their own.

Hi Bob,
In our second to last release we updated the applicants page a bit in order to help with the issues you brought up. Now when an applicant logs in they see their dashboard and at the top of the dashboard is their contact information along with a link that says "Edit Contact". We've also changed the top right message "Welcome..." to a drop down button. Inside this button are the options to "Edit Profile" and "Sign Out". I hope this addresses the issue above and let me know if you have questions or comments about this! Thanks for bringing this up and posting it to the Idea Lab!
