Customize the number of days used for the Follow-up Reminder. (Updated in 3.2.0)
I would like to be able to customize the number of days used for the Follow-up Reminder that is currently sent 2 weeks prior to the Due Date of the Follow-Up Form. Specifically, this would apply to using this form to receive Grant Agreements. We send the Grant Agreement in hardcopy form, and would like to have it signed, uploaded into GLM and submitted to us within 10 days of the grantee's receipt. Under the current protocol, the reminder email will be sent 2 weeks in advance of the Form Due Date. Since the Grantee can actually see the Due Date under the Next Form Due Date it would seemingly contradict our need to have it submitted earlier. Ex. Mailed on 8/31/12; received 9/4; my expected submitted date is no later than 9/14. If I put the Form Due Date as 9/14/12, the email reminder notice would go out the same day the Grant Agreement is place in the mail. Due to the large number of grantees in a grant cycle we are unable to call every grant recipient prior to their receipt of the Grant Agreement in the mail. As I do not want their first notice of receiving a grant from us to be received by email, I must currently choose a Form Due Date that would be 4 weeks (9/25) after my mailing date so that the reminder is received on or about 9/11. Afterall, this email is supposed to be a reminder message. If I could set the reminder to go out 3 days prior to the Form Due Date then I could use the 9/14/12 Due Date and they would receive the reminder on the 11th. All would be timely, and if they submit early then it is my understanding the Follow-Up remind. The 2 week notice for a Grant Evaluation Report Form is not an issue.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the suggestion. Assuming it's not a big effort (and I don't think it should be), it'll just be a matter of prioritization in the next 2 or 3 releases, but I do think it's something we can get done before too long.
Thanks
