budgeting
I would like to have a the process budget in the budgeting tool reflect a specified date range. You can modify the budget amount in the "Edit Process Summary" and it is reflected in the process budget tool, but it also reflects all payments that were made historically. This is for a process that runs year to year.

Joe - would the date range be specified in the edit process summary or should it be on the process budget page?
