Add "synced questions" to "shared questions"
If I understand correctly... "shared questions" allow you to repeat the same question in multiple places, but changing the answer changes the answer in all places where the question shows up.
I would like something slightly different - a "synced question" - in which the question is the same in multiple places, and the answer is different in each of those places. But I would like to keep the feature where edits to the question instructions in one place copy automatically to all other places where the question is (as is already possible with "shared questions").
Why: In one of our grant programs, we have five different reports, and each one asks for mostly the same things (financial statements, contact update, etc). The question instructions can get pretty complicated - e.g., to make sure that the grantee uploads the right financials with BOTH balance sheet and P&L, year-to-date, net income line matches, etc etc etc... so every time I make a clarification to the question to try to head off a grantee mistake, I have to click into five different followups, and scroll to the right question, and often this happens multiple times in one day for the same question. (Often I think of a better way to say it after I've done all of the revisions.)
Since clicking into different follow-ups involves a LOT of clicks (click the process name at the top of the screen, click Follow-Ups, expand the right follow-up, click Edit, collapse the first section since it never seems to be in the first section, un-collapse the correct section, find the question, click Edit, etc... it's pretty painful.

This would be fantastic! I'm using the reporting combine fields function to manually sync fields that are essentially the same questions (e.g. how many of your total served were women) for our six-month reports on three year grants (so six answers to the same question, but different over time). When you've got a lot of multi-year grants it starts getting cumbersome to make any changes and/or sync the way I have been.
