Convert an approved application from a previous year process to a current process.
In 2016 we had a department that was way ahead of the game and applied for a grant in early Fall of 2016 on the 2016 process that would be for programming in 2017 (and paid in four installments throughout 2017). Ideally, it should have been requested on the 2017 process so the follow up forms could be from the 2017 process and reporting would only need to be done with the 2017 process. It would be helpful to be able to take the approved application from the 2016 process and convert it to the 2017 process since we're treating it as a 2017 request for funding.
