enter the request region as a column.
It would be nice to see at a glance, the area that a request is coming from for those of us that work large geographical regions.

Hi Chelsea,
Thanks for the feedback. I certainly understand where you're coming from. Rather than solving the issue very specifically, though, what we'd like to do is give all of our administrators the ability to add a custom column to the workload pages. For some folks, the geographic area may be important; for others, the program area or target population may be more valuable to have as a custom column.
While not on our short-term product roadmap, this is something I hope we can tackle in 2017.
