Board Member Access to Follow Up Reports
The process to access Follow Up reports for our board members is certainly cumbersome, and discourages board members from using the online data (read this as I have to produce paper copies of each follow-up). A folder on their Dashboard would be helpful; and at a minimum, it would be useful to have a "Return to Follow Ups Submitted" option, so that they don't have to go all the way back to Requests and Decisions to pull up each report.

I too would like an easy way for Committee Evaluators to be able to see previous year follow up reports within a particular process so it can inform their current grant cycle decisions. Is there an easy way to do this? They do not all have Board member access either and I don't really want them to.

I would like a way to share completed Final Grant Reports (follow-ups) with my board members. Ideally, there would be a folder on their dashboard that would show it.

Just adding another ping to this thread - wish my trustees could easily view follow ups. My workaround has been to 'print packet' for each and then upload each PDF to Shared Documents, but there's got to be a better way. Thanks.

I have informed my board members of the process of searching Requests and Decisions to review completed follow ups. Because this process is so cumbersome, they don't do it, and are missing an important piece of the grantmaking puzzle - the results. Why not provide a link from the Board Member dashboard to Completed Follow ups? Thanks for considering.
