Add previous grant amount to evaluations
Add a field for previous grant amounts to be pulled from the prior year into evaluations.
Ex. The organization received $5000 in 2018. But seen on the 2019 grant request evaluation for evaluators to assess how much the recommend for this grant cycle.

We would like our board members to see the last 3 years of funding history as they review the applications. This can be pulled from the request history, but it needs to be seen as part of the evaluation instead of having to switch back and forth from the evaluation review to the organization vies
