Collaboration tool change
Collaboration tool needs some improvement. See tech support reference number below for background.
We've started using this new feature and it is great! However, we found that the invited "collaborator" as access to more than just the invited document or application. This is not good for what we need. We don't want an invited person to have access to "apply" button. If they are invited to collaborate they should only have access to that current request. We don't want them to have access to apply, change contact information, past information or reports. Only the portion they are invited to collaborate on. That is how I thought it was working but it looks like right now they have full access to the grant requesting options. Please can we restrict this for those individuals invited to collaborate?
