Show Applicant Name on Third Party Response Form

It would be helpful to have the applicant's/student's name appear in the "third party response" form. Currently, it only shows the "school name" and the "process name". Having the applicant name would help third parties keep track of the response they are currently working on.

    I submitted this idea before (about 1 year ago) but it would be helpful to have the student's/applicant's name appear on the third party response form. Currently, it only shows the "process" or "award" name. and having the student's name appear at the top of the form would help responders keep track of the student they are working on.

    Some of our third parties complete a LOT of responses and I've heard from many of them that this would be really helpful.
