Add other options beside cancelled to Awards Details
Add other options beside "Cancelled" to Awards Details.
REFUND - A Refund is a repayment of a sum of money. If an amount is refunded, it doesn't mean that there is a balance owed to the grantee. We should still be able to see the original award, the original amount paid and a zero balance. It would also be helpful to have a comment section so an explanation can be given on why amounts were refunded.
VOID- In case a check is lost and has to be replaced.
