Option to show document in a project to a specific Evaluator or Evaluators or individual users
In a project we have the ability to show a document to an applicant when we upload a document to their project. In our case, the donor advised process may have specific family donor advised evaluators, who are interested in the final reporting on the project or thank you letters/cards received regarding a project. Currently, we have to create the follow up final report pdf, then save to a separate Google Drive where the specific users have access. Or, in the case of something sent to us, scan and upload to Google Drive. It would be so much simplier to have an option to show a specific user the document. Evaluators lose all ability to view documents once the evaluations close. We could use the Shared Documents feature, but unfortunately its a case of all or none: All Grant Managers, All Board Members or All Evaluators. And, while we do have the advanced licence, creating an internal follow up and then assigning it to a 3rd party (in this case, the family member/evaluator) is not user-friendly, both in the need to build multiple follow ups and the end dashboard result for the user.
