Two contacts assigned to grant applications.
Having the choice to assign two contacts to a grant application and followups. Small organizations or volunteer-based organizations have turnover, and we've had instances where the contact assigned has left the organization, and reminder notifications about grant reporting are never seen. This could be fixed by having a backup email automatically assigned.

We've gotten around that by adding third party questions to our follow ups. For example, the annual financial reports are often not completed by our grantees but by someone in their finance office. The grantee has the option to upload the report or to send a note through Foundant to the person who needs to complete the report. The person receives a link that allows them into Foundant without creating an id to upload the needed report.

We have been asked many times by our grantees to add an administrator to their account for report upload, etc. The only way to do that right now is to make the administrator an applicant so that we can assign followups, but we also have to assign them the name of the account holder so that when we run reports, we don't get an administrator's name in the applicant field. Please add the capability to add grantee administrators with roles that allow us to assign follow ups to someone other than the PI. It is a significant burden on our grantees since people outside their office may actually be preparing the reports or providing the requested information.
