Instructions on Apply Page
On both our public and active apply pages, applicants have significant issues figuring out how to actually apply (a lot of times they try to send the application to Grant Hub when they don't have a Grant Hub account) and get frustrated. It would help us to have an administrator-editable instruction field at the top of both of these pages so that we can leave a message.
For example, on the public apply page "You can only preview the application questions from this page. Click the blue button in the top right corner to create an account or log in to the system to apply."
And once the applicant has logged in, at the top of the apply page "Click the blue apply button to the right of the grant title to apply."

With our December 2024 release, we’ve rolled out exciting improvements to enhance every step of the applicant journey.
If you feel something could still be improved, we’d love to hear from you! Please share your feedback on this Idea Lab post and help us shape the future of the applicant experience:https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/339786/suggestions/49176485

Adding again my comment about getting almost daily emails from applicants that they can't see the grant process we posted about on our website or social media. It's ALWAYS because they didn't scroll down past the first one. Would love to customize instructions at the top like on the login page into the portal.

Agreed! We frequently have grantees not understand they need to scroll down to find the correct process. They think they have the wrong link. It would also be helpful to have a box at the top that could be customizable for admins so they could provide additional information.
