Adding evaluators regardless of role
Currently, once evaluations have begun, if an evaluator does not hold the role that has been assigned for the evaluation (e.g. administrator instead of board member), we cannot add that evaluator unless we add give them that additional role. Is there a reason that the role of the evaluator must be specified at the time the process is configured and that it cannot be changed once evaluations have begun? It would be nice to be able to add evaluators for an application or LOI on the fly from a list of all GLM users within our foundation, instead of being limited to choosing from a list of evaluators within a specified role. Sometimes, after applications have been received and evaluations have begun, it makes sense for us to add an additional evaluator who was not on the original list of evaluators and who does not hold the role that was originally prescribed (Administrator).
