Evaluation Option for Follow Up Forms
It would be very helpful to have the evaluation option available in the follow-up phase like the LOI and application phases. We use follow-up forms for reporting and having the option to add an evaluation to a follow-up form would be a great way for our team to save grantee report review notes within Foundant. (We currently save notes in Word and upload to the documents section, but having a built in feature to evaluate reports would be much better.)

I asked for this several years ago, but Foundant would never do it. If Foundant won't allow us to have a separate Evaluation stage for Follow Ups (think reports), then it should at least make it easier for Board Members to find Follow Ups on the Board Member dashboard. It would be extremely clunky for a Board Member to have to use Requests and Decisions to find a request and then the Follow Up. They should be on their Dashboard.

In order to most accurately evaluate follow-up forms, including final reports, it would be beneficial to have access to evaluations in the same way we have access to them within the LOI and application stages. Foundant's current recommendation (for those with an Advanced License) is to create an internal follow up form containing the questions for the evaluation. However this form can only be assigned to one user and complicates the process.
