Remove follow up form/popup from process
I am training a colleague on entering grants into Foundant. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used. And we're unable to remove the popup message for the follow up. So, while training I have to say "Oh just ignore that, we don't use it", which makes training clunky. Please give us the option to remove a follow up form (or at least the popup) we don't use.

New button needed for students like these :)
My Problem: What about a student who doesn't complete two follow-ups but is still active, then graduates? Where do I put them now if I don't want to delete any follow-ups?
Foundant: Then you'll have to mark the follow ups as complete. Or you can download the follow ups and attach on their request record under document tab, and then delete their follow ups.
Wishing there was a button for something like this, since the student technically shouldn't be closed or abandoned.

Delete submitted follow-up without having to revert
It would be nice to be able to delete a submitted follow-up form without having to revert it back to Draft status.

Follow Ups
Allow awarded grantees to upload documents to the follow-up section, such as a grant agreement or final report. This feature can allow for verified PDF signatures on grant agreements from grantees.

deferral
Add to the Follow Up workflow a Deferral bucket.
We allow most recipients to defer their award for up to one year. It would be great to have this on the dashboard as a workflow option. Of course adding a third function at the bottom of a Submitted Follow-up - "follow-up deffered"

Program Officer Assigned Follow Up
When a Follow Up is submitted by a grantee, we would love for that Follow Up to show in the dashboard of the Program Officer who worked with that organization during the application stage so they can easily tell they have a report to review and approve. We have the Program Officer assigned at the LOI/Application/Evaluation stage, but then we aren't able to maintain that assignment through Follow Ups.
Currently, I, as the administrator, get an email when a follow up has been submitted, and then because there's no way to bring in the assigned Program Officer on the email…

Multiple Automatic Reminders for Follow-Ups
It would be great if GLM could send multiple automatic reminders to grantees about follow-up due dates. We've found it helpful to give grantees a 30-day reminder about a follow-up, but would love it if GLM could send another automatic email a few days before the due date as well to make tracking easier for our grants administrator.

Batch follow ups to Org primary contact
Add functionality to chose who the follow up is assigned to when batching them. Currently, it goes to the applicant account. I’d like it to go to the organization’s primary contact, then they can add contributors. Applicants are often grant writers or development directors with higher rates of turnover than Executive Directors. Some orgs have overdue follow ups simply due to staff turnover.

SLM FOLLOW UP DATES
It would be very slick if we could select a group of students and change or extend their follow up due dates in a batch rather than at one at a time.
PERHAPS IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO THIS ALREADY?
Many thanks for looking into this.2 votes -
assign follow ups installment visibility
We used to be able to see the Installment we assigned a follow up to in the Assign Follow Up dialogue box "Attach to" column. This new iteration took away that visibility and only shows us the words Installments, Installments, Installments down that column instead of the installment we actually assigned it to. Could we please see the installment we assign the follow up to in that column instead of the word Installments? Thank you.

There needs to be a way to delay the automatic email for follow up's
Please put a delay on the first year follow ups and other required documentation, otherwise, the grantee receives a follow up before a paper letter with terms or a check has arrived. This causes a lot of confusion for the grantee who assumes that both of those have arrived and panic in locating them. It also generates a lot of phone calls and emails regarding these. A month delay would help considerably.

Follow-up Due Dates Shareable in Other Follow-ups
It would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report. Being able to auto-populate this field based on system due-dates would allow for efficiency as well as minimize human error. This…

Automatic Scholarship Thank You note submission
It would be nice to hook a donor email to a scholarship opportunity so that students can automatically send them a thank you note from their follow up form. I know this would be possible to do through the third party field but it would be too much work to add the donor email to each follow up form. Plus, this would require us to give a donor email to the students, which some donors may not like.

follow
We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

Internal follow-ups viewable by applicant?
In line with Trust-Based Philanthropy, more and more foundations are completing verbal reporting with grantees, where the foundation staff completes the written follow-up form based on a conversation with a grantee. We have been doing this as an internal follow-up form, but would like the option for the grantee to view what we've typed into the form and confirm that it is accurate and complete before submitting the report and marking it as complete. Other than downloading each follow-up form packet as a PDF and emailing it to them for their manual feedback, is there a way to either:

Close Request Button Design Issue
I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…

Update Time Stamps - Re-submitted Follow Ups
The submission date does not update on follow - up forms that were re-submitted after being reverted to draft status. It would be great to have the most current date of submission.

Indicator of which follow up you're viewing under a request
It would be helpful when reviewing follow ups under a request to be able to tell which follow up you're currently viewing. We have to toggle between follow up sometimes during our review process, and the questions within the forms are mostly the same, the follow ups are tagged for the year it is to be submitted, though as you toggle back and forth it's hard to identify under which follow up you're under to provide approval/recommendations.

Star Grant Reports for Sharing
I would love a way to flag or star specific grant reports with high-quality content/photos for sharing out. We are working on sharing more of our grantee success stories and it would be great to save specific reports we want to share later on, potentially with the ability to create a report of these follow ups so we can find them easily.

follow up views
Please provide the option to have the Process name appear in the follow-up view. Currently we have the same Follow-up form appearing from three different processes but have no idea which process each one is related to. This is only going to become a bigger issue as time goes by.
