  1. One master login and password for any applicant. We are part of a RAG. Most use Foundant. It would be great if the applicants could log in once to get to all grant makers. One more step to a single application.

  2. It would be helpful to have more than 2 evaluation options for Universal Applications. Scholarship Opportunities vary vastly in what is important. Being able to have the Internal Evaluation and a choice of either the complex or simple evaluation form for the 2nd choice would be most helpful!

  3. Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

  4. In the UA, it would be nice if we could print a pdf of individual opportunities for the donor(s) to review that only has the eligibility questions and supplemental questions of the individual opportunity listed.

  5. We would really like to have the option to hide some of the personal information of the SLM applicants for reviewers. (addr, phone, email).
Be able to still show name, but not personal contact info.

  6. Often times we extend the application for only specific students (however, this can range from 50 ot more or less students). I do not know the names of the students since the school cannot divulge that information. I was hoping to look at the start date of their drafted application in order to identify the students I am extending the opportunity for based on the donors request. A start date in the drafted applications would be very helpful for this purpose.

  7. It would be helpful to be able to print just the questions associated with one opportunity in the Universal Application. Currently you can preview, but when you print the questions list it prints the entire UA. Donors like to be able to see their application, and aren't interested in and get confused by seeing more than what they need.

  8. Right now, when you create a new question in the universal application, you have go to each question and change what opportunities this question applies to. This can be very time consuming as there are over 45 opportunities linked to the universal application. It would make sense to be able to mark the applicant opportunities by question group as the default then if you need to make individual changes to some question, it would be much less time consuming. I set up my question groups to directly correlate with the the applicant eligibility and selection criteria for each scholarship.
