Fund statement email formatting.
The Fundstatementemail_body editor needs to work correctly. Right now, the content you create is not formatted in the email the way you write it on the editor. For example, if you put something like the first picture it will show up in an email differently.
I type it in like this:
Dear {name},
Please find attached a Fund Statement for last quarter. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you need anything.
Best regards,
Crewe Foundation
When the email is sent the message shows up as one line. It looks really bad, kind of like this:
Dear {name}, Please find attached a Fund Statement for last quarter. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you need anything. Best regards, Crewe Foundation
There are no breaks or spaces between the greeting or paragraphs.
The Fund Statement Email Body content area supports HTML for formatting. Inserting <br> is the HTML code needed to insert a line in the content.

The content in emails has to be entered with HTML code. I couldn't find anything in the help documents about how to use HTML code but this is a helpful guide: https://web.stanford.edu/group/csp/cs21/htmlcheatsheet.pdf
