Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

For the purpose of creating email lists among other things, we need a way to create campaigns that include individual profiles for HHs, while also adding just the individual profile of any individual, regardless of whether they are part of a household. It's important to have a way to add just the individual, NOT another member of the household, as often other household members have no relationship with the Foundation.
