Sticky Sorting on CSuite Buckets/Workload Pages
Currently in CSuite, when a user sorts a Bucket/Workload/List page by a specific column (for example: Grantee, Grant Date, Amount, Status, etc.), that sort resets when the user navigates away from the page and then returns. This requires the user to reapply the same sort repeatedly throughout the day.
We are requesting that Bucket/Workload/List pages retain (“stick”) the user’s last selected sort order when navigating away from and back to the page, either for the duration of the session or as a user-level preference.
This enhancement would:
-Improve efficiency for staff who rely on consistent sorting to manage daily workloads
-Reduce repetitive clicks and re-sorting when moving between records and lists
This would be especially helpful for users who regularly process items in a specific order (e.g., oldest first, due date priority, etc.) and expect the system to remember their working view.
