show paper clip attachment symbol on voucher and/or grant listing
Is there ANY way to show the paper clip symbol for an attachment on the listing of a voucher?? So, when you have a list of vouchers or grants, there would be a symbol showing you have an attachment scanned for that voucher and/or grant. We scan our payables into the voucher and grant so if our Auditor picks that item in the audit, we don't have to physically pull it, it is in CS. I would like to go back and check to be sure I scanned the payable portion to the voucher and/or grant but have to go into every item and scroll down (1st world problems I know but still time consuming because we have A LOT of payables) to see if there is an attachment for that voucher/grant.
