Notify assigning staff when a task is completed by another teammate
When a task is assigned by another teammate, they should be notified when such task is completed. This applies most when our Grants and Data Specialist assigns a steward a task to follow up with a DAF advisor on a grant recommendation question (EX: verifying a description for the grant and confirming no improper benefits). Once that task is completed and the steward provides notes on the discussion and next steps, our Grants and Data Specialist is not notified that the task has been completed. The steward has to reach out independently to verify the task was finished. If there was an option to notify assigning staff, that would be ideal for keeping workflows moving smoothly. Thanks!
