Linked Fund Advisors Unable to get Donation Notification Emails
We currently utilize the fund advisor designation for our organizations holding an endowment fund with OCCF.
The main contact is usually the fund advisor and the receiver of the donation notifications.
The problem we are facing is that our linked fund advisors are not able to receive donation notifications unless their email is added to the main profile and the box is checked within the fund advisor designation or making their individual profile a fund advisor with that box checked.
I have a picture of the login and linked advisor below for reference. Even if the linked individual is marked yes for advisor, they do not receive donation notifications.
Would love if there was a pathway to notifications for our linked friends without making more fund advisor designations on individual profiles.
