  1. Our alumni are marked using custom fields. It would be helpful to be able to change these records to the new Alumni Designation using bulk updates and to have an option to import alumni records.

  2. An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

    1. Duplicates are not being caught if the profile has a prefix or suffix vs. the same profile without the prefix or suffix listed. For Example, Dr. Audrey Hauser vs. Audrey Hauser are the same people but are not being reported as a duplicate. Could we have C-Suite ignore prefix and suffix to catch duplicates?

    2. Duplicate households are not being caught if household names are inverse. For example, Hauser, Audrey & Olson, Cameron vs. Olson, Cameron and Hauser, Audrey are the same households but not being reported as duplicates by C-Suite.   3. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  4. It would be helpful if we could add a pledge directly from the profile page. When working in the Pledges section, we often see multiple profiles with similar names, and it doesn’t display the associated contact. Adding pledges from the profile would reduce confusion and make the process more efficient.

    Or add contact name in pledges.

  5. Profile > Engagement Tab - Invited Active Campaign list

    Right now when you delete a campaign from the "Invited Active Campaigns" list (under the Engagement Tab of the guest's profile) it refreshes to the related campaign page. It would make more sense to stay on the initial Profile, we were in that Profile for a purpose or we would have deleted them from the Campaign side.

  6. Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?

    Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
    Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.

    It is nice to capture this information for donor development

  7. I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

  9. Currently Grant Service Area, Profile Service Area, and Fund Service Area are all a dropdown options and a user can only select one option. It would be extremely helpful for reporting and tracking to have these fields as a multiple choice option to improve reporting and tracking

  11. A way to customize fields on the display menus. For example, under Money In/Donations, being able to add the check number and description on the main display. Where ID, Created, Date, Donor, Fund, Type, Amount, be able to see the check number and description fields and perhaps who entered the donation.

  12. Scholarship Coordinator here: looking for ideas and/or potential solutions for calculating “unmet need” more efficiently. We are currently downloading a report for each scholarship fund. We receive about 600 applications each year, so it is very tedious. Currently we use “tables” in Foundant application that calculate applicant’s total financial support. However, then we take the applicant’s SAI number, add/sub to get “updated unmet need” calculation. This is very time-consuming. Does anybody have ideas automation? Or simpler process?

  13. I have many applicants that are continuously requesting their balances and want to see what was paid out. It would be most helpful if they could see that from their dashboard. It would be a time savor for all.

  14. Currently, there is not an automatic field for the Profile Age based on the DOB field. Is there a way that this can be programmed so that we don't have to export a list of people into an Excel spreadsheet and create a formula for this? In our organization, we do a lot of programming for age groups and having the age automatically show up on the profile page, would be awesome and less time consuming on the staff. Thank you for listening to my suggestion.

  15. We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.

    For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.

    Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

  16. Is there any way you can program the system to generate the actual age of a donor? Our organization runs reports, lists, mailing labels, etc. by age groups from Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. Having this system give us the current age would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, we have to export the report into an excel file and add a formula to show the persons current age which is time consuming.

  18. We would like to eliminate the need for a custom row for tracking purposes. We would like to see both a Subscribed & Unsubscribed checkbox within the email rows. Sometimes our contacts move orgs or change emails and we'd like to track which email(s) are unsubscribed to ensure we are using the correct information. We would also like this option added in the reporting sections.

  19. Is there a way to have the Profile Type in the Profile Creation Interface? It feels hidden in the Relationships tab and our staff entering or updating profiles accidentally miss it. It's also an additional click to see what Profile Type someone is and it would be nice to see right away that that they are a Professional Advisor or Founding Donor, for example.
