  2. In the new portal, the Steward is listed in the middle of the fund financials. After the numbers but before the charts. It was at the top of the page in the previous portal, which made more sense. Can we move it out of the middle of the fund financials?

I just learned on the Idea Lab Live session that the DONOR tab has to be functional in the Portal for FAs to be able to view their donation receipts, thus making the portal accessible to any of our donors. We do not want this, we want to limit access to the portal to only our fund advisors, while still being able to provide them with the information they need. We are not comfortable with not being able to control who accesses the portal for information. If it is possible to restrict this to FAs, please make it so.

  4. New Portal - login as. When you login to the fund advisor portal as a fund holder you get kicked out of CSuite as yourself.

    This is a nightmare for every user who talks with fund advisors having to sign back into CSuite every time they look at someone else's portal information.

    The suggestion to login in two browsers, still results in the staff person having to log in repeatedly to CSuite in the second browser.

  5. we don't want to confuse our fund advisors - please put the word "fund advisor" on the profile card if they are a fund advisor - in the new portal.

  6. We've had users ask us to add a date next to the fund balance in their portal with the option to view past monthly fund balances, possibly in graph form. This would allow users to view the balance of every month and see the direction things are headed. Also giving the option to filter by dates. Showing them the trend of their fund, especially through visuals, could be a nice touch.

  7. Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

  9. In the Portal currently, when someone goes to Profile - Contact Preferences, it is blank. You have to click on Edit Information to even know what that screen is even about. Is there a way to show the options before clicking "Edit Information?

  10. We would love the ability to enable/disable donor information (name, address, email) for each fund portal/fund advisor on a case-by-case basis (verse turning it on/off by type). While in most cases it is not necessary, we have support several unique fundraising efforts throughout the community where this would be a valuable addition to the donor services we are able to provide for our admin. fee. Ultimately, fund type is not what dictates who we may or may not want to provide this level of information to.

  11. We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.

  12. We would like to be able to hide statement vouchers in the Fund Advisors voucher tab. These transactions are sometimes confusing for the advisor We would like the vouchers they see to be relevant. Maybe this goes further to be able to filter and hide certain vendors?

In the Fund Advisor tab, when a user clicks the menu item to make a Grant Request, it leads to a page that lists a bunch of recent grants, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to the time frame of the grants listed. I've logged in as different Fund Advisors (with old DAFs) and the grants listed aren't the same time frame. One listed grants as of last May, one listed grants as of last February. It seems strange and arbitrary.

    1. It would be much better to have the Grant Request menu item lead directly to…

  15. The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.

    When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

  16. Please make the Grant Request button that appears on Grants AND Scholarships on the new Giving Hub OPTIONAL. The button is not needed for scholarships as they have an application process already (in most cases).

  17. This idea was already archived in the idea lab, but I'm bringing it back, as it is could still be improved.

    When fund advisors update their account info in the portal (which is great!), staff receives an email notification with a link to the fund advisor record. We then click on the link, go to the profile, and then have to view the logs to determine what was changed. The email notification should included the details on what was changed OR when in Csuite, the updated information should be an alert for staff to acknowledge or "approve" the change.

  18. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  19. If a fund advisor has multiple funds, i.e. an affiliate, on the screen where they can choose which fund to access, is there a way to put the fund balance under the fund name? That way you can see the fund balance without opening each fund.
