We are experiencing something similar. We want and need a grant letter for our Org/Agency, Designated and Donor Advised Fund grants, however we do not need a letter for our Unrestricted, Field of Interest or internal grants. Once we have one grant letter in the system it automatically creates a grant letter for all grant types, even those for which we do not need a grant letter. That is confusing because now there are grant letters attached to unrestricted grants that we haven't actually sent and we aren't using. We either need to manually delete those letters to avoid confusion or leave them there knowing they aren't accurate.

We would also appreciate this. We have over 200 evaluators that evaluate scholarships within our UA/Stand Alone processes. We do not require evaluators to evaluate every student, only their top 10 so it is very difficult to know when our evaluators are finished with a specific process within the UA.

Moving this idea back to Proposed. This request is to create a recurring donation from the back end of CSuite and have ACH be a payment option (Currently it is only Stripe).

We would also use this functionality. We have around 200 applicants per year and would use text messages to remind of their application being in draft status, remind to fill out their follow up form (scholarship acceptance form), etc. We would easily use over 1,000 text messages per scholarship season.

I was coming here to suggest this exact idea. I love that feature of the CSuite Sandbox. I can go in there and test something with data that came over from our live site and see the test to the end to understand the exact impact. It would be fantastic if SLM/GLM Sandbox sites would do the same thing.

This is the closest suggestion in Idea Lab I could find for what I'd like to suggest. It would be great to be able to copy questions from different processes without having to use the time consuming BOAT method to match the code in the back for reporting. For instance, we have changed the way we'd like to collect demographic data within our grant application/final report. Our processes are already created and I need to add those questions to each process, and want the questions to be easily reportable without manually adding each question because they aren't linked in the background. Right now, my only option is to use the BOAT method. If I could build the demographic questions in one application, then copy and paste them to all other applications while keeping the background code, that would be ideal.
