Hi All,
Today in reporting you could get part way to this report by adding the Submission Assignee Fields. You would then group by this field and have on report for all evaluators that could filter on.
However, leaving this in feedback needed because there are definitely ways we can look at streamlining this functionality with or without reporting.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sheila Steger commentedHi Dierdre,
Yes, in the report builder under Choose Data Fields, click on the evaluation form and bring in any field from that form that you would like in the report. Not sure if this answers your question.....

An error occurred while saving the comment Sheila Steger commentedWe do this through the report builder. The field to check to get the Evaluator or Reviewer is in the Request Tab, then under Forms, click Submission Assignee. I know this isn't the most intuitive way to find the Evaluator, but I remember seeing this change in a Release Note a while back.
Hope this helps.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sheila Steger commentedWould love it if this could be added! Voted for it in March, 2019 but will vote for it again today :)
An error occurred while saving the comment Sheila Steger commentedI would love to see if there is a way we could "flag" or color code an organization that we might need to look further into before we send them an application.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sheila Steger commentedIt would be nice to be able to see the organizations that you want to merge side by side so it is easier to determine which org to keep. Right now you have to go way back to the beginning and search for the organization again and hope you aren't clicking into the one you just looked at. The merge process is very tedious and time consuming when you are trying to figure out which organization to merge into and what information would be lost in the merge.

We used to get a warning that an org we are looking at is a dup org-throughout the process-LOI and app Review. It would be outlined in red. Now, we randomly will not get the warning, or the warning blends into the form, so it's harder to catch. We think this started after the theme release.
Thank you for trying to make our world better here in Foundant!
