Copy email templates

We use the same basic set of email templates each year. I would like the ability to copy each template, so I can edit it with the correct dates for each year. I thought I was doing this when I opened an email template and changed the name to 2015 LOI Invitation. Unfortunately, all that did was delete the template for 2014 and change the template name in the email history for the Organization.

    I saw that my idea suggested in 2015 was implemented later that year. However, today I was copying and editing emails for this year's process and found the "Copy Template" button isn't as intuitive as it should be. When you copy and rename an email, it sends you back to the list of email templates. I think it would work better if you could continue to edit the template after you've copied and renamed it without going back to the list of templates. This is would be similar to copying an opportunity in GrantHub.

    Hi Helen,

    We are working to complete this feature in time for our 5.3 release, which should go out the second or third week of June. Please keep an eye out for the release announcement so you can take a look at this feature.
