Drop-Down Menu for Follow-Up Forms
We would love to see an additional drop-down menu in the dashboard for the different follow-up forms. Right now, we can see all the forms that are submitted for each process, but we really only tackle one form type at a time (Payment Requests, Progress Reports, etc.). So, it would be beneficial to have an additional drop-down menu that allowed us to see just the form we need to process. Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work, Foundant!

Thanks for posting this suggestion. It really helps hearing a bit more about the workflow of different users, and I can see how this would potentially benefit other folks as well.
One quick question - when you say you "only tackle one form type at a time" ... are those forms assigned to requests across multiple processes? I'm assuming that's the case by how you worded the question, but wanted to confirm.
We replaced the Process Name with the follow-up Form Name a bit ago to help with this - figuring that people could use the Process drop-down to narrow down the view. I'm not sure the volume you're dealing with, but you can sort by the Form Name. While that obviously doesn't help a LOT (especially if you have a lot of different follow-up forms), it might help you at least be able to organize the view of the follow-ups a bit more.
Currently, this is not really a priority for us. If we get time in a given release and this seems like something we can do without a lot of risk or effort, I could see it being a potential candidate. However, I think it's more likely something we'll consider later this year as we will hopefully be able to do some work on our user interface. At that point, we might find some easier ways to add this type of functionality.
