Chronological Log of Communications with Grantees
We would love to have a log of our communications with our Grantee Organizations. This could be a list with clickable entries that would take us to a description field. If it could have a date field & a field for the name of the person we communicated with - that would be stellar. Keeping the emails would also be great. Thanks for asking.

Hi Kathryn,
At this point, between improving how we keep track of request and organization comments, and adding the email history (tied to contacts, organizations, and requests), we feel like we've made a lot of headway that addresses much of what your suggestion touches on.
Given than, and given what we currently believe are more pressing system enhancements, we're not planning on doing more around this item in the near term. That said, as we continue to make headway, or we see a significant increase in client interest in more completely building out this functionality, we are open to revisiting it.
Thanks again for you input and support,

Kathryn and Aaron,
I wanted to update you regarding adding this type of functionality. We are currently looking at modifying the request summary page to include some of what you are asking for in this post. You may receive a call from someone on the team asking for more feedback.
Thanks for helping us.

I love this idea. It would be great to code the communications (e.g. email, phone call, meeting) and be able to attach documents such as notes or a meeting agenda.
Harder to do but very useful would be a plugin that would allow us to add email to the communication log directly from our email client. There are a couple of companies I've come across in the CRM world (LinkPoint360 and Omni Technology Solutions) that have products which purport to do this for a variety of email client although I don't know if their technology is relevant in this situation.
