Make how to complete follow up reports more clear
I have constituents calling asking how to complete their final report online.
For some reason it is not obvious to them that they need to click "complete" to complete the follow up report.

Hi Angie,
Last week we updated some of the wording for follow-ups. Instead of "Complete", the link will now say "Edit" if the user can take action on it. If it's submitted, the link will read "View" and if a user can take no action (i.e. the user has two follow-ups but the second one isn't due until next year), there will be no link.
I really hope this helps clear up the confusion and my apologies that it took so long to get this in.

Very valid input Angie. In the inteface we use the word "Complete" both as a verb and a noun which I believe causes some confusion. We'll look at re-labeling that link to make it more clear/imperative. Thank you for pointing this out!
