evaluation score -
this would be so Cool... the system already calculated that average evaluation score. Could this be a field that is generated so we can use it in reports so that we don't need to create "this fun formula" : thanks :)

The most basic of survey platforms have a scoring feature that calculates the average score for data sets. If there is a way to build this into the GLM that would be fantastic. Programming wise, simply have the builder of the evaluation add a weight or number to each question, then an "internal only" question can be added that totals all the weighted numbers selected. This would not be needed for every question type, just those with numbers associated.

This would greatly benefit our evaluation meetings and enable us to make decisions more efficiently. This would prevent the need to flip back and forth between administrator and evaluator roles. When you are in evaluator role, it would be incredible to see your individual score side-by-side with the average group score (one column for your individual score, one column for the average score). And, be able to click on each column so they rank in ascending/descending order. Evaluators need to see how their own scores compare to the average group score of all evaluators when making final decisions to accept/reject applications.

I agree. I need to print total evaluation scores with the listed applicants instead of trying to aggregate and do formulas. You already did the work of totaling the scores, why can't I just print them out?
