Printing a Hard Copy of the Application - Made Easy
My un-tech savvy applicants can't remember how to print a hard-copy of their application. I think if you hover on "Application Package" or "Question List" it should say "Print here"!!!
There may be other options that solve this problem as well.

Thanks for the idea, Maureen. Other options to consider include adding an instruction at the end or beginning of all of your forms reminding applicants/grantees that they have the option to print or save a pdf of the form with just the questions by clicking Question List, and also of their completed form (with responses) by clicking Application Packet - or whatever type form it is. Question List = just questions, and Packet = with responses. You can also ask support or your CSM to add some instructional text to the Applicant Dashboard or the Apply page.
