Next button
I would like to have a "Next" or "Previous/Back" button to move through applications when logged in as administrators (similar to what was just done with the evaluators!). So, instead of selecting "Return to Application Submitted", I can use next to move to the next application. When I am reviewing several applications, I don't like having to remember which one I just read and which one is next after being taken back to the entire listing.
This would be helpful in all of the application statuses - Draft, Submitted, and Complete.

fewer clicks = less frustration = happier workers = increased productivity...Thanks!

I second this! Also when reviewing grant agreements, adding payments, etc.

This would be a helpful feature. Would save some time when reviewing or sorting through applications.

I have a similar preference, sometimes youre not ready to deny or select "application complete" and when you return to application submitted it takes you back to the beginning of the list of submitted applications instead of where you left off and you have find where you were.

When reviewing an evaluation summary for an organization, it would be helpful and save time if GLM would allow us to move to the next organization in alphabetical order on the "Application Evaluation Assigned" to view its evaluation summary page list directly from the evaluation summary page instead of having to navigate back to the Application Evaluation Assigned Page and then select the next organization in alphabetical order to view its evaluation summary.

I'd love when i'm reviewing an application in whatever stage (so let's say Applications-Draft) to have an arrow at the top so I can click it and then get to the next application that's sitting in Application-Draft.

Hi Diane and Vonda,
I certainly agree that fewer clicks make for happier users. This is a great example of something that we can't anticipate when we are developing functionality because we just aren't in the software every day doing what you all do - so thanks much for the feedback.
Couple thoughts / questions ... first, while I think this makes a lot of sense as you explain it, I'd love to hear from other users regarding what they think. There just might be some differences in how people use the software that could inform our design decisions when we get to a point that doing something like this is possible. Second, I'm assuming that if the list of "submitted LOIs" for instance was sorted, when you went to review one and then clicked "Next" you'd want the next one to be based on whatever sort you had done, correct?
I'll keep this in mind for what I'd call our medium-term product road map. Before we really look closely at it, though, I'd appreciate some more feedback from other users. Thanks to both of you for taking time to participate in the Idea Lab - it does make a difference to us!

Great idea. Some of my evaluators get lost if they are reviewing multiple applications.

We would like to see a "NEXT" button made for administrators in all of the places where there is also a "Return to LOI submitted" and other "Return" instances. That way, instead of going back to the Dashboard and having to click on another LOI or app, you just automatically go to the next LOI (or app) that needs to be reviewed in order to mark complete. Less clicks makes for happy administrators...
