Administrator Workflow
I think it would be much easier to have the administrator workflow similar to how the evaluator workflow is. I am coming from the SLM world so I review about 1500 applications at this time each year as this is a major deadline time, but then I also review another couple hundred by summer. It would be so much if I could assign those applications to myself or another administrator to review then we could look at the applications in a side by side format and make sure everything is there. We don't have to do a thorough review like evaluators, but I make sure all the correct documents are uploaded and readable. Then depending on the scholarship, I need to verify major, GPA, student status, etc. before the committee can review them. I have eligibility rules set, but I still need to look over the applications before it gets in their hands. So instead of having those admin questions built in the application, have an administrator due diligence form with those questions that admins can just zip right through. This is how I imagine the workflow below:
1. Application: Draft -> Submitted
2. Application Administrator Review: Reviewing/Assigned -> Complete/Reviewed
3. Application Evaluation: Assigned -> Closed
