eval 2 closed app
This issue happens in both GLM and SLM. I consider it a CRITICAL priority issue for SLM. Users assigned Eval 2 permissions (to record decisions in application evaluation) have view capabilities to see ALL CLOSED EVALS REGARDLESS OF PROCESS.
This is a frightening case in SLM when you have data of students from multiple school districts all in different processes, but every Eval 2 user can see their application when the app is in Closed Eval status.
Applications in SLM have personal data (home address, phone number, email, potentially social security numbers, SAT scores, high school or college transcripts, etc.) that is viewable to ANY Eval 2 user... regardless of process.
What that means is that an evaluator 2 (decision recorder) in the town of Goodland KS (or any town) can now see the personal information for a student in Hoxie KS (or any other town).
I hope that development can understand that this is a HUGE breech of confidentiality.
As a result of this issue, the Closed Eval status is one that we will AVOID at all costs. It would undermine our credibility as a scholarship management foundation if the Eval 2 users could see data for students not in their process / area of review.
I hope you agree and can escalate this quickly to Development!
Eval 1, Eval 2, and Grant Manager access should be able to be limited by process. Currently Eval 1 and Grant Manager IS limited, just Eval 2 is not.
