If a process is turned off, so too is the associated eligibility quiz. This is VERY confusing for applicants...they see an eligibility quiz and assume they need to fill it out, even though that process is closed. It makes them think they are not eligible to apply for the open process, when in actuality they were just filling out a form for a closed process and get an error message.

I'm assuming Tanya meant "so too should be"... I just discovered the same issue that Tracy mentioned - I'm developing a process right now for a new fund that hasn't yet been announced and created our first-ever eligibility quiz. I made the process restricted, assuming that the eligibility quiz will only appear if the applicant has the access code. Yikes! I was wrong, and am worried I've inadvertently let the cat out of the bag. I recommend that if an eligibility quiz is only associated with a closed or restricted process, the quiz should not display on the Apply page. It should only display when an applicant is assured of being able to apply if they pass the quiz - either there's a process that is open that the quiz is tied to, or they have entered the access code for a restricted process that's tied to a quiz.

I think my question is related to this. We had a process that was not yet open but the eligiblity quiz was visible and a number of people completed the quiz weeks ahead of the process opening. Is there a way to make the quiz invisible until the process opens?
